Youth Internship
欧美AV has launched a Youth Internship initiative designed to attract and nurture emerging talent from underrepresented groups, providing a chance to grow and develop within the environs of our medium-sized publishing company in Kentish Town, London.
The four week paid scheme will offer successful applicants the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience in a range of roles and departments. They鈥檒l also attend training sessions and receive ongoing support and guidance from our skilled team. The 欧美AV Youth Internship offers:
- Four weeks鈥� paid internship
- Access to The Masterclasses online travel writing and photography sessions
- CV and cover letter workshop
- Career advice on next steps
- The option of 30-minute mentoring sessions once a month for a year, via Zoom, with an 欧美AV editor听

Working across all 欧美AV titles and events, interns will support the editorial teams with a range of admin and editorial tasks. Key attention should be given to upholding the editorial standards of 欧美AV, completing tasks in a timely manner, contributing to all editorial channels and actively seeking out opportunities beyond the listed responsibilities. These tasks, among others, will cover the following areas:
- Writing
- Admin
- Events
- Design
- Marketing
- Sales

- Applicants should be aged 16 and above
- Candidates are responsible for their own accommodation, food and travel
